Design, Supply & Installation

Chimney & Canopy Systems provide a complete in house design, supply and installation service for all types of commercial chimney flue and exhaust applications.  Our chimney flue systems are designed to provide the very best solution for each individual project ensuring an effective and economical solution every time.

The business was established in 2000 by Craig Phillips and has steadily grown, and now Craig leads an experienced and committed team managing projects throughout the UK. Our team consists of highly technical and experienced employees, qualified to the highest standards. We work as a team – both within our own company and most importantly as part of our customer’s team.

We use a combination of the latest CAD and expertise to achieve a design to almost any brief. The technical experience of our team gives us the ability to advise on any proposed design to ensure the proper function of the component. We can also assist in the specification of the material to be used in any item we fabricate to make sure that it is appropriate for the application and also gives the desired visual effect.

Supply

Based in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands, head office is home to the contracting, accounts and sales departments as well as operating a commercial trade counter serving members of the trade from our stock of flue and chimney systems.

Install

Starcrossflue20140308_140357-1After 20 years in the commercial installations sector, Chimney & Canopy Systems Ltd have a wealth of experience in all types of commercial flue and chimney applications from boilers to pizza ovens. Our fully trained sales engineers are available to attend site, carry out surveys and advise on the best solution for your individual requirements and provide technical advice and support from the initial site survey right through to the full on site installation. We also have a number of personnel based within the office who are able to quote from virtual site surveys, tender documents, drawings and specifications.

Development

We are committed to staying at the forefront of technology and regulations, transferring this knowledge and skill base at every stage of design and installation. Our products conform to all current standards and are CE certified in accordance with EN1856 and manufactured under BS EN ISO 9001-2000.

Decades of designing and installing such projects has meant that we have gained invaluable experience first hand regarding product ranges and selection. Each project is individually designed utilising only the best products, balanced also with cost effectiveness.

Products conform to all current standards as necessary, including HETAS (certified in accordance with EN1856:2009 and manufactured under BS EN 1856-1 and BS EN 1443/59351/1).

All our Design Engineers and fitting teams are CSCS approved and are highly trained to provide you with the best advice on how to meet all the latest in government legislation. We will carry out all necessary ‘FlueCalc’ calculations to ensure systems are designed to meet the Clean Air Act and operate effectively with all types of associated equipment.

We are continuing to investment in our business through recruiting quality personnel, using CAD Design Office, and using the latest tools and products for installation. Staff are ‘Enhanced DBS’ checked for working in schools and we have experience in MOD/prison site work.
