Natural Draught Flues

  Natural draught flue systems are designed to provide the required draught at the   appliance outlet allowing safe removal of products of combustion with the aid of   natural buoyancy ONLY.


  Fan Assisted Flues

  A Fan assisted flue system provides the required draught at the appliance outlet   for safe removal of products of combustion with the aid of a fan unit. Fan assisted   flue systems enable the flue diameter to be reduced and also provide greater   flexibility with regards to plant room locations.


  Fan Diluted Flue Systems

  Fan diluted flue systems are designed to reduce the CO2 concentration of   discharged products of combustion to 1% or less allowing low level (2-3 metres   above ground level) discharge positions depending upon total kW rating. The fan   dilution systems can be designed using a variety of flue products; fan units and   can include attenuators to reduce noise levels.


  Condensing Appliances
  With our experience we can design natural draught, fan assisted and fan diluted   flue systems for condensing appliances utilising our vast product range.


  Chimney Re-lining
  Installation of chimney liners enables the existing brick, concrete or steel   chimney to serve modern more efficient appliance and provides a cost effective   means of renovating existing chimneys which might otherwise have to be   completely rebuilt.


  Windshield Chimneys

  Individual flues constructed within a windshield reduce the overturning moment   and require a smaller foundation when compared to mast-supported chimneys.   Installing dedicated flues to each appliance will create optimum flue gas buoyancy   and discharge efflux velocity.


  Mast Supported Chimneys

  Post or multi leg support masts provide fixing positions for single or multiple flue   systems to be secured to. Colour coding the mast and flues provide an   architectural feature.


  ‘DFE’ Flue Systems and Exhausto Fans

  Decorative Fuel Effect gas appliance flue systems are sized for natural draught or   fan assisted when necessary. Our ‘DFE’ flue systems are installed using our range   of ‘Class 1’ products and Exhausto fan units as necessary.


  Exhaust Flues

  Chimney & Canopy Systems design, supply and install a wide range of exhaust flue   systems suitable for generators, CHP units, kitchen canopies and fume cupboards.


  Balanced Flue Terminals

  ‘B A T’ Balanced Architectural Terminal has been designed to provide a chimney   discharge location and combustion air system within an aesthetically pleasing   housing. The terminal can be installed purely as a discharge terminal, ventilation   system or simply as an architectural feature.


  Boiler House Ventilation

  We can supply and install all methods of providing ventilation to a plant room,   whether the system requires simple natural ventilation via high and low louvres,   mechanically assisted ventilation or a balanced compartment.


  CCTV
  We carry out CCTV camera surveys providing written reports and suggestions of   recommended remedial works (DVD available upon request).
