Deluxe Canopy Range:-   Application   Suitable for all types of medium and heavy duty cooking equipment such as fryers,   cooking ranges, griddles and grills. Canopies are available for use over   wall-mounted and island cooking arrangements. We can also offer 'bespoke'   canopies catering for reduced headroom, pipework and building restraints.   Fabrication   The canopy is manufactured from stainless steel, all joints are welded and   exposed surfaces are made of double side, satin finish stainless steel 304 (DIN   1.4301, grit 280). The sheet thickness is 1.22mm and polythene protected. All   metal edges are rolled smooth and free from any sharp edges or projections. The   canopy lower edge is formed into a full perimeter condensation channel with   inclined internal elevation to simplify cleaning requirements. Unless specified the   channel shall NOT include drainage points.   Grease Collection & Filters   A full-length extract plenum is provided, fixed and sealed to the canopy outer   structure and complete with FECON high efficiency stainless steel grease   eliminator baffle filters and grease control system with removable collection cups.   The FECON baffle filters have two grips providing easy removal and insertion. The   filters are housed at approximately 45° allowing the grease to run off the filter into   the grease collection gutter and into a removable collection cup. Aluminium baffle   filters and mesh filters are available upon request.   Air Input (MUAP range ONLY)   When specified a fresh air supply plenum is incorporated into the canopy providing   replacement air to the kitchen. The supply plenum is lined with fire resistant   insulation foam and has perforated panels along the front face of the canopy which   air will be discharged into the kitchen area. Vertical discharge personal spot   ventilators are fitted when specified to the horizontal perimeter with oval   perforations to the lower internal face to produce an induction effect. An internal   perforated plate within the plenum provides the balance between supply and   induction/spot ventilator air proportions.   Light Fittings (Optional)   Light fittings when specified are fully recessed fluorescent IP65 fittings, heatproof,   vapourproof and greaseproof to provide an average illumination level of 500 lux   upon the working plane below.   Classic Canopy Range:-   Application   Suitable for all types of medium and heavy duty cooking equipment such as fryers,   cooking ranges, griddles and grills. Unless   specified the channel does NOT include drainage points.   Grease Collection & Filters   A full-length plenum is provided with the end panels being riveted. Aluminium   baffle filters are fitted as standard, having two grips providing easy insertion and   removal. The canopy lower edge is formed into a full   perimeter condensation channel.
